Privacy statement
OA Group B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 98015737), based in Amsterdam, is responsible for processing personal data through the website boogietothedownstairs.nl. This statement explains which data we process and why. Questions can be sent to info@bttdmusic.nl.
Please note. This is a translation for convenience. The Dutch version is the authoritative text. If the two differ, the Dutch version applies.
What data we process
Contact by email. If you email us, we process the data you send yourself, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer your question and, where relevant, to stay in touch with you.
Booking form. If you complete the booking form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the details of your event such as date, location, type and number of guests. We use it only to assess your request and to make you a proposal.
Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed. This happens without cookies and without building visitor profiles. The statistics are aggregated and cannot be traced back to you as a person. That is also why we do not show a cookie banner.
Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to third parties such as Google in order to display the page.
Legal basis
We process email data and the data from the booking form in order to respond to your request, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with you. We process the cookieless statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Retention period
We keep emails, contact details and booking requests for as long as needed to handle your question and insofar as relevant to our collaboration. After that we delete them. The website statistics are aggregated and are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We use the following parties, which process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, for hosting and the cookieless statistics of the website.
- Web3Forms, for forwarding the booking form to our mailbox. What you enter in the form is sent to us through that service.
Beyond that we only share data where legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to the processing. Send a message to info@bttdmusic.nl. If you disagree with something, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may amend this privacy statement. The most recent version is always on this page.
